At Hunza Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition and packaging. If the item meets our return requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or exchange the item, as per your request.
Please note that custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
